PREPARING FOR THE FULL RE-OPENING OF SCHOOL


Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Monday 22nd February, school will re-open to all students from 8th March. In order to offer asymptomatic testing to all students prior to their return, there will be a staggered return by year group, with all students back in school accessing face-to-face teaching by Thursday 11th March at the latest.

*Each student will be given a specific time slot and will only be on site for the duration of their test. They will not be expected to wear school uniform on this day.

Ahead of the phased full re-opening, school will only be open for:

  • Vulnerable students (identified by school) where parents have accepted a place for their child
  • Children of critical workers from all year groups where parents have booked a place for their child

School Transport

From Monday 1 March, school buses will run for the children of critical workers and vulnerable children as they have been during lockdown, with 3 buses covering the routes as on the Connexions website. Buses will not run to facilitate students attending school for testing. The full bus service will run from Tuesday 9 March.
