    Course changes are usually possible subject to numbers in the groups and other timetable constraints. If your course change has not been discussed already, the Sixth Form team will review these in September.

    If you did not receive a grade 4 in GCSE Maths or English, please tick the appropriate box. It is a legal requirement that you re-sit these subjects.

    If your family income is below £25,000 you are eligible for the Sixth Form bursary fund. Application forms can be found on the website under Applying to Our Sixth Form/Finance: The 16 - 19 Bursary Fund and should be returned to the Sixth Form team at the start of term.
